Blue Man Group How Wet Will I Get in Front Row

there is no bad seat in the house.

The first 5 rows or so are in the "poncho section"

15 rows back you are out of that zone, but still close enough to read everything :rotfl:

I have not seen the show at Universal, the only downside i can think of is being so close to the stage and having to look up more, which could be hard on the neck...

As far as how messy you get in the poncho section (they provide them, but I suggest bringing your own too, to cover your lower half/shoes) it depends on where your sitting, but its not too too bad... and I dont want to say anything else because it would be a spoiler.

Maybe someone who has seen the show at Universal can comment on the height of the stage set up. I have only see BMG in Boston and Chicago.

We sat in the 3rd row. It was great.

Did you have to look up? You know like the first rows of a movie theater, or is the stage low enough? How was the drum scene? Too high up?

Can anyone tell me if the BMG show in Orlando is the same as the shows in Chicago??

I have not seen it, but from what I can tell it's basically the same show (Boston and Chicago shows were the same)

I've been to BMG several times- once dead center, front row; another time I was left stage second row (poncho section again); and this last time I was about 10 rows back on the aisle-right stage. I can honestly say I HATED front row center- the mushed up banana stains your clothing (they do provide a poncho but it wasn't enough to cover my white crop pants  )

I enjoyed the other two seating placements immensely! Next time, I'll be doing cheap seats :thumbsup2

I wonder if they have the Bathroom Song playing in the restrooms like they do in Chicago. That always cracked me up.

We have been to BMG Orlando twice now and one was center second row an last month was front row just off center. I think being right up front is the best since you can see their facial expressions and you feel like you are on stage with them. As for the messy part, the ponchos cover most of you except the lower legs and feet. We got hit alot both times and its not a big deal. Just wear some older sneakers and some clothes you don't care about too much. When we go again it will be front row!:thumbsup2

From what I have heard from people who have seen it in other locations, it is the same show everywhere.

Actually, the show varies a bit from place to place. We saw them on tour a year before we saw them in Orlando and were expecting the same show. We even brought souvenir Floppy hands to wave, but we never used them. We were surprised that the show was very different. The show in Orlando has elements from several of the shows they've done over the years (including a few pieces from the last tour), as well as stuff that's original to this show/time in history.

Crazy thing is I why bother paying a fortune just to see blue guys banging on PVC pipes and paints when I can see Abyss get slammed in a pool of tacks at TNA for free :)
